FRESHLY WHIPPED AT JZX NZ MEET

JZX NZ sure know how to create a great atmosphere at a meet. With a group of around 30 cars and around 50 people it was perfect sized meet to walk around and have a chat with everyone. Even though the club is only about a small selection of cars, there was a decent show of non-JZX model cars too.

As you can see this Aristo doesn’t just sit around and look pretty. The flaired wheel arches look top notch with the dished rims sitting below. The negative cambar all round is a nice touch too.

The owner of this tidy, Targa Top, Supra sure was brave driving around with the top down on a bitter cold winters night.

Not too sure if this is the 1UZ or 2JZ model. Either way this Soarer is clean and has been very well looked after, which is great to see as there aren’t many around on our roads.

This Nissan 350Z was one of the three Nissan Z model cars that arrived on the night. With the legendary VQ35 engine under the hood what’s not to like?

Jarrod’s GZX71, turn JZX71 is now sitting a little lower to earth since we last saw him. A little lower and maybe some camber would give this Whip some nice stance.

Raheem’s JZX90 adds something different to ZeroFighter’s line up of cars. With plans to go lower this car will attract some serious attention.

The pre facelift S14 is a favourite at Freshly Whipped. It is nice to see that this one hasn’t had its bumper hacked up and a large front mount fitted, which is becoming all to common these days.

One thing that is rare on our roads is the Verossa. Even more rare is to see one with Cusco livery. Peter has done a great job in making his Whip a one of a kind on NZ roads.

The other Supra from the night was this non Targa top example. Seeing Supras in this condition out and about just gives me a buzz.

Another Freshly Whipped sticker applied to a sticker bombed rear window. Big thanks to Nigel for this one! Thanks JZX NZ for not only a good car meet, but also a social one too. For the boys!
