After hearing Keisuke and Tarran were running another day, I had to go check it out. As you may know, Keisuke and Tarran put on the ‘Day of 86’ down in Taupo back in August. The day’s are so relaxed and smooth with nice cars and cool people.

As you can see, the MX5’s were out in force drifting and showing the 86’s up. 

\r\n

\r\n

Although a little rough around the edges, this little MX5 has some mad stance, with Work Equips providing an awesome look for the car.

\r\n

\r\n

As the little 4AGE’s often lack the power needed to drift this one is fitted with a 3G-SE engine from an Altezza, putting out much more power than the stock 4AGE. The flared guards really allow the car to get some lock and look good at the same time.

There’s something about a black and white shot of a Trueno drifting down a straight. 

\r\n

\r\n

Not all of the cars were pre 2000’s. This 350z although looking stock was still able to have some fun around the cones!

Mrs iheartstance is seen here out in her little White/Pink MX5. I love how Pedey looks a tad worried..

The owner of this S14 was out learning how to keep the drifts constant and smoking; with some tutoring he was landing some great runs by the end of the day.
