NZ Track Day is a local track day ran alongside forums to encourage drivers to get out and try their car around Pukekohe. With many different cars coming along to the event, you get to see a very diverse population of cars.

Cars such as this modified R32 GTR were parked up just to watch and help out friends. Note the finer details such as the Golf R32 badge..

\r\n

\r\n

It also seemed as though the M3 owners club was out with as much as 5 M3’s at the track. Two of the M3’s were even the CSL model; a lightweight edition built for fun.

\r\n

\r\n

This Integra looked set to race with its Volk TE37’s and full roll cage. It seemed to be putting out some great laps too.

\r\n

\r\n

Speaking of TE37’s, this AE86 had concaved ones. Although the plate has been removed the car still has its original black plates, showing it’s not fresh to the country. 

\r\n

\r\n

A car not often seen in NZ is the little Toyota MR-S. It’s great to see something like this at the track having a go.

\r\n

\r\n

Another rare find in NZ is this Civic Mugen RR model. With limited numbers produced, it’s a rarity in any country.

\r\n

\r\n

Another quick Civic was this little EK. I just love its look.

\r\n

\r\n

But the day was all about the track, not the parked cars. One of the many M3’s went out going strong as always.

\r\n

\r\n

Battle of the Reds showed 3 very different cars racing down the front straight.

\r\n

\r\n

This Integra surely wasn’t backing down.

\r\n

\r\n

Nor was this Accord, which you may have seen in our first JZX Meet post.

\r\n

\r\n

As the day’s often based around Hondas, there was no shortage of Integras with many pulling great laps.

\r\n

\r\n

As the day ended the Mugen RR Civic looked great speeding off.

\r\n
